📦 Shipping
- How long does delivery take?
- Within Germany, we usually deliver within 3–5 business days. International orders may take 7–14 business days.
- From what order value is shipping free?
- We offer free shipping for orders over 100 € within Germany.
- Can I track my order?
- Yes! After shipping, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
- How long do I have to return an item?
- You have 14 days from receipt of the goods to return items. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags.
- How do exchanges work?
- Simply contact our customer service, and we will help you exchange for a different size or color.
- Who covers the return shipping costs?
- For standard returns, the customer bears the return shipping costs. For faulty goods, we will, of course, cover the costs.
📏 Sizes & Fit
- How does the clothing fit?
- Our shirts and hoodies are made in an oversized cut. We recommend using the size chart on the respective product page.
- What does "Oversized Fit" mean?
- Oversized means that the garment is deliberately cut wider and longer than a regular fit. For a more classic look, we recommend choosing one size smaller.

- How do I wash my Urban Vibe products?
- Please wash all products inside out with similar colors at a maximum of 30°C. Never iron the print or tumble dry.

- What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept all common payment methods: Credit card (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Sofortüberweisung (instant bank transfer).
- Is my payment secure?
- Yes, all payments are processed via secure, encrypted connections. Your data is safe with us.
